This 0.4X C-mount adpater is for microscope .
It can be used in all eyepiece position with 23.2mm or 30mm or 30.5mm.
Of course, it can be used in phototube and trinocular tube with 23.2mm or 30mm or 30.5mm.
Attention:
ALL 0.4X adapter with 23.2mm, it design for the eyepieces.
If your Trinocular tube is not the same position with the eyepiece tube, it means you put your eyepiece
into your trinocular tube, it will not clear.
The adapter can not parfocality.
It means when you adjust the right position in microscope, the camera will not clear. You need adjust it again according the
camera. When you want to see with eye-pieces, you need adjust the microscope again.
You need another kind of 0.4X adapter for the special trinocular tube .
