Use moisturizers to avoid this problem. If you must use heat, be sure you use a heat protecting spray.

If you experience any tangling – Before washing the hair, spray mixture of conditioner and water and brush the hair from bottom up. Gradually wet the hair down and brush it gently before you completely wash the hair.

-How do I care for my virgin hair?

Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products to keep it soft and manageable, so use a leave-in spray conditioner in between shampoos. Daily use of a leave-in spray conditioner is a must for curly weaves, especially on the end. Try to avoid heavy oils, cream, moose, gel and hair sprays as they will weigh down your weave and cause build up which can lead to tangling! Salon care is recommended. With proper care, virgin hair will stay soft and beautiful wash after wash.

-Can I swimming with my hair?

Before swimming, comb out any tangles. Braid hair into one large braid, and then wear a cap to avoid the hair to getting matted. After swimming, undo braid. Comb hair and allow hair to air dry.

As virgin hair is non-dyed and collect from donator directly. Each bundle color varies a little. It range from natural black;#1, dark brown; #1b to brown #2. Split/Dry Ends:

Split Ends–For virgin NON-DYED & NON-ACID BATH hair. When donator’s hair is longer enough, the lesser nutrition will reach to ends. So split ends are really normal, Can’t be avoided, especially when hair is longer than 18”. ONLY processed and acid bath hair has no spilt ends at all. If u are picky, we do not recommend to buy.

Dry Ends–Our hair will be a little dry after high temperature steam processed especially longer virgin hair. With right products to condition and moisture treatment the hair, it will be big help for it..

Nits/Eggs:

We do have nits/eggs quality control carefully. The raw hair with nits and eggs are select out before we put into production. So 99.5% products are no nits and eggs, if there is one bundle we are not able to pick out, we do accept refunding or replacement.

Gray Hair:

Q. How many bundles hair do I need?

3~4 bundles according to your head size and the effect you prefer, hair longer than 20” 4bundles will be recommended. If you want full effect, 4bundles are necessary. 3bundles for small size head or combine top closures is good choice.

Q. Did the hair keep pattern well after wash?

Except body wave do not act well, other textures all keep the pattern well after wash. The reason for body wave “loose texture” is the body wave is not kind of original very wavy hair, that’s why after wash it turns to natural wavy or natural straight. Q. What type of hair care products should I use?

Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning the hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, let the condition sits on the hair more than 30mins then rinse it. Let it air dry instead of blow dry.

Q. What’s the best temperature for flat iron or curled iron?

We recommend 160~180 Celsius degree degree! Even human hair can be burned if the temperature is too high without proper time control. Heat protection products will be recommended during high temperature iron.

Q. Can hair texture go back to original pattern after flat iron?

For long term use, we NOT RECOMMEND customer to flat iron the curly and wavy texture frequently. Our hair is high temperature steam processed, not Marcel water processed. Q. I just received my bundles and it seems to be shedding some hair. Why is that?

No, it is not shedding. After the weft process, there are some loose hairs caught within the “body” of your bundles that are not attached to the weave. This is absolutely normal. As part of the post-weft process, we brush each bundle thoroughly to remove all loose hairs, but it is possible that some loose hairs may still be present. We expect that you will notice a few strands when you brush and when you have your initial wash. The “shedding” should stop immediately after that. You should expect an average of 2-3 strands a day going forward. Please note, some bundles may have considerably more loose hairs than others. These bundles may require several more brush outs and washes before the “shedding” stops.
