Function one: Expand the battery capacity for the Electric Scooter. It should be used together with the scooter battery when they both has spare capacity rather then use it when the scooter battery running out. The fuction is expand the capacity of the scooter battery, which can extend the 10-15 mileage when the external battery is full.

Fuction two: it can charge the iphone and other small electric application with its USB port.

Function three: it can be recharged with the charger of one wheel unicycle, so it is easy to use is as a recycle part.
