If the product you receive is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge.
All products are checked before shipping and suitop guarantee the quality of our products. If a product fails to meet your expectations, simply contact us within 2 days We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by misuse or poor care of garments.
All packages must be insured for the value of the contents when they are sent back to us. Suitop will not be held liable for any packages lost during the return process unless a proof of delivery signature can be provided.
If you wish to exchange garments, or if there are any faults with your order, you must notify us in writing or by email within 2 days of receipt of your order for a return authorisation number.
Orders cannot be cancelled once the transaction has been processed.
Goods of an intimate nature are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once they have been opened. This includes underwear and bondage items and is in accordance with health and hygene regulations.
