As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and customer tailored, the finished gown many vary by approximate one inch less or more, in the specified measurement.

To ensure that your dress will fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily , if you find the products are not suitable for you and have questions, you can contact us directly.

Color mismatch:

Differences in color maybe caused by some other reason such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting ,background Etc. However, if you believe the item received is in wrong color, please contact us to se if a return or refund is possible.

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot offer a return or exchange on any intimate apparel. An item is considered intimate apparel if any portion of the product comes in contact with the genital area. This item may or may not be intimate apparel.
